Choose from Smuth (Smooth), Levo (Barbed) Threads, Ciclone (Twisted), Nose and Multi threads.
SMUTH S
Our Smuth S threads are smooth PDO threads that are loaded into a sharp needle. These PDO threads are great for filling and tightening and can be used all over the body and face.. Smuths are dependent on the size of the area being treated. The smaller the treatment area, the shorter the length of the thread needed.
SMUTH B
Our Smuth (Smooth) B threads are pre-loaded in a blunt cannula. These are great for filling and tightening under the eyes, right up to the lash line. Smuths are dependent on the size of the area being treated. The smaller the treatment area, the shorter the length of the thread needed.
LEVO THREADS
Our Levo threads are our barbed threads that come pre-loaded in a blunt cannula. These threads are best used to reposition, lift, and secure the skin. We intentionally developed our Levo threads to be cut rather than molded as our research has shown that the barb pattern of our cut threads have superior tensile strength to the molded threads on the market.
CICLONE
Our Ciclone threads are smooth threads that are wrapped around the needle similar to a Tornado screw. These are great for treating deep lines, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and can be used in conjunction with Smuth threads to enhance the vermillion border and to create a “lip pop.”
MULTI-THREAD
Seven (you read that right!) smooth threads loaded into one cannula to treat deep lines and areas with significant volume loss. The Multi-Thread is the tool to help combat those hard to treat areas like between the eyebrows, marionette lines, and nasolabial folds.
Cannula Max
PDO Max is pleased to offer a new cannula specifically designed to track the lidocaine used to numb the treatment areas during a thread procedure.
The cannula is especially perfect for popular jaw, brow, and cheek procedures using barbed sutures.
Levo Lock™
Levo Lock™ is not considered a “lifting” thread, but rather a pre-loaded thread-in-cannula that maximizes support and “locks-in” the tissue reposition that occurs from using standard PDO Max Levo (barbed) threads.
PDO Max Duo
Double Needle
PDO threads that are suspended barbed threads between two needles, rather than pre-loaded inside a blunt cannula like our Levo threads. These threads are best used to reposition, lift, and secure the skin. Best used in the mid-facial skin, including sagging cheeks & deeper nasolabial folds. Duo is the same barb pattern as Levo: an omni-directional 6D staircase pattern.
PDO Max Duo Molded

PDO threads that are suspended barbed threads between two needles, rather than pre-loaded inside a blunt cannula like our Levo threads. These threads are best used to reposition, lift, and secure the skin. Best used in the mid-facial skin, including sagging cheeks & deeper nasolabial folds.
Molded Levo Max
Molded Levo Max is the next level of advanced molded thread-in-cannula. It is a traction thread that is best used for contouring the lower face, jawline, and neck. It has a more pointed cannula, and the stopper is at the top instead of a white hub at the bottom. This feature allows providers to reposition the thread if needed before the thread is fully engaged.
