Sharlie joined the PDO Max team in 2021 as a Training Coordinator and Administrative Specialist. In this role, she supports trainees in preparing  for a successful PDO thread training experience and provides ongoing assistance to customers to ensure their needs are met. She works closely with PDO Max trainers to help deliver industry-leading educational programs and maintain the highest standards of service and support.

Sharlie brings more than 20 years of experience in customer service and event planning; offering a strong foundation in organization, communication, and client relations.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends — especially on warm, sunny beaches.
