Owner and master trained injector Bianca Paraison RN, BSN has 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Boston teaching hospital. After specializing in ear, nose, and throat, oral maxillofacial surgery, neurosurgery, and cardiac surgery, she broadened her scope of practice to Aesthetics.

After training with Dr. Micheal Lum of the Esthetics Skin Institute, as well as extensive training with industry leaders Galderma and Allergan, she has brought her advanced nursing and aesthetics skills to her very own practice in Belmont, MA. At her storefront, The Luxe Dose, she specializes in cosmetic injectables and dermal filler, body contouring, and medical-grade skincare. She is highly trained in PDO Max Threads.

Bill Joy, RN, has worked in aesthetic skin care for the past 20+ years. He has received extensive training in the U.S. and abroad, holds innumerable training certificates in aesthetic skin care, and has been involved in the development of cosmetic skin care products.

His commitment to exceptional customer service and keen attention to details has resulted in a loyal following of clients not only locally, but throughout the U.S. Bill is highly regarded throughout the U.S. as one of the top injectors in the country, and is always current on the latest technology and procedures.

Christina is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Christina has a passion for education and providing aesthetic rejuvenation treatments. She leads with hands on training and mentorship as the Co-Owner of Dr. Lanna Aesthetics/LC Medical Aesthetics and Wellness. Christina coaches medical professionals and provides the necessary tools to increase confidence, improve techniques and build your brand and business.

Diana is responsible for developing PDO Max’s marketing strategy to create awareness of the company’s business activities and bring heightened awareness to the growing demand for PDO Max products, as well as assisting in the overall onboarding and relationship management of practitioners using the PDO products and trainings. Diana produces valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications to help reach a national audience of medical practitioners and their clientele.

Diana has been passionate about marketing since the beginning of her career over 15 years ago and has honed her skills most recently as Head of Product Relationships for Atria Wealth Solutions, a financial firm based in Manhattan, where she collaborated with strategic partners promoting the value of the firm and the various product solutions for financial professionals.

Dr. Annika Crosby is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School and has worked in Internal Medicine since 1993. She did her Internal Medicine residency, including an additional year as a Chief Medical Resident, at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. Her work in the medical field includes experience in a medical clinic, more than 15 years as a hospitalist caring for acutely ill patients, and ongoing work in post-acute care for medically ill patients. Dr. Crosby has received extensive training in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and laser treatments in the U.S. and Canada, and has teamed with prominent dermatologists to publish research in the field of dermatology. She specializes in pre-operative history and physicals for elective surgeries, working closely with several plastic surgeons to coordinate care.

Dr. Nicola Archie DNP, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 19 years of clinical experience. She completed her undergraduate, masters, and doctoral degree at the University of South Florida. She continues her affiliation with the University of South Florida as an Adjunct Faculty for Master’s and Doctoral students.

Dr. Archie has practiced in a variety of healthcare settings focusing on disease prevention, acute and chronic illnesses in level one trauma centers and throughout the Tampa Bay community. Her passion for wellness, skincare and making people look and feel their best has propelled her into the aesthetic industry. She is the proud owner, injector, and lead educator at Fraiche Medspa and Fraiche Academy. Her ultimate goal is to create “A Fresh & Rejuvenated You.”

Esther has 20+ years of RN and NP experience, including critical care, especially in Pediatric PACU, Pediatric ER and Urgent Care, and also in Pediatric Rheumatology and in Kidney Transplant. She is an active member of the following organizations: Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau. Outside the hospital, Esther discovered her love for Aesthetics Medicine. Esther has a deep passion for Aesthetics Medicine, appreciating and loving the combination of the science, medicine, and the artistry of aesthetics, helping her patients discover how to clinically enhance and restore their unique beauty, safely, seamlessly, and gracefully. She has keen and intuitive eye for detail and also a natural aesthetic eye. Esther has had advanced training in and continues to keep up to date with the latest education and training in injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella, QWO, Sculptra, PRP/PRFM treatments), lasers, medical grade skincare, and PDO threads. Esther works full time at OVME in Fairfax, VA, right outside of DC, where she is an advanced injector and does PDO threads procedures with PDO Max threads.

Giovanna McCarthy has been in the skin care business for over 30 years. She is a Licensed Cosmetologist with Esthetic Medical Certifications and is certified and licensed in the use of all commercially available laser systems for skin care.

Ms. McCarthy is a visionary entrepreneur and has always been ahead of the curve. After several successful hair styling businesses and mergers, she began to envision the Day Spa concept long before the industry took off to universal acclaim. In 1990 she designed and built the first Day Spa of its kind in Syracuse, NY, combining medical aesthetic clinic procedures with popular spa services.

Ms. McCarthy has collaborated with plastic surgeons and dermatologists in the greater Syracuse area for the past 15 years. With her expertise in skin care and her unique ability to educate, Giovanna has become a trusted liaison between patient and physician.

PDO Max builds on this experience and knowledge to introduce the best non-invasive aesthetic medical devices to providers and patients. Most recently, Ms. McCarthy has branched out into the Medical Device market with PDO Max PDO Threads and Lipofilling kits. She travels around the world offering best-in-class PDO Thread, Lipofilling, Sharplight Laser training and MedSpa Consulting. She has collaborated with Esthetic Skin Institute in Fort Lauderdale on their PDO Thread training and also teaches their Medical Esthetics Business Course.

Heather Koplin, RN, BSN is an expert Aesthetic Nurse Injector currently located at Spruce Aesthetics in Salt Lake City, Utah. Heather has been in the medical field for 15 years with a wide range of experience. She began her career in the neurological unit and has since worked in pediatrics, surgical, radiology, forensic, and travel nursing. She brings all her skills and experience into her current practice in aesthetic medicine having been employed in plastics and reconstructive surgery offices. Heather is passionate about continuing her education and attends conferences regularly. She has trained with some of the most respected in this industry and brings a proactive, detail oriented, and positive attitude with her. Heather’s approach to facial aesthetics is to enhance the client’s natural beauty. She does this by various procedures including dermal fillers, PDO threads, and neuromodulators. Heather believes that the restorative approach is the best way to create natural results. Providing safe and high quality results for her clients is among one of her greatest priorities.

Hula is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and an Aesthetic Specialist. Hula graduated top 10% with a BSN from the University of Michigan and received her Master’s in Nursing from Florida International University. Hula has a diverse clinical background including, med surg, oncology, ER, CCU, stroke unit, cardiac institute, and women’s health but her passion lies in Aesthetic Medicine and Cosmetic Dermatology.

Hula worked with best recognized Beverly Hills physicians and treats celebrity clientele. Hula brings experience and a trained aesthetic eye. She strongly believes in a synergistic approach to aesthetics and rather than focusing on one isolated area, her favorite approach is to perform full facial rejuvenation by incorporating various treatment modalities such as dermal fillers, neurotoxins, PDO threads, Sculptra, PRP and lasers for the best possible outcomes.

What Hula loves most about aesthetic medicine is the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives, regardless of their background. Her philosophy is everyone deserves to look and feel their best. If you look good you feel good; if you feel good you do well in life. With the patient’s best interest in mind, Hula believes effective communication and trust between the patient and the provider leads to the best outcomes.

Hula is very passionate about education and research. She serves as a sub investigator for Galderma studies. She is regarded as a lead injector at her practice Skin Medix and a resource/mentor for many injectors in her area. She is a faculty assistant with Allergan Medical Institute and is widely recognized as an expert injector and PDO threads expert in Los Angeles area.

Jaclyn is the Vice President of Business Development and Brand Partnerships. She is responsible for growing the firm’s revenues by managing PDO Max’s sales function in alignment with the organization’s strategic business goals. Luongo is eager to help PDO Max accelerate to the next level and says: “I am honored to join this amazing organization. I plan to inspire our team and customers to achieve their goals. Jaclyn is an accomplished industry veteran and recognized leader, Luongo brings more than twenty-four years of outstanding accomplishments to her position.

Jessica St. Jean is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and since 2004, she has spent her nursing career at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, caring for patients post Thoracic Surgery. Her experience as a nurse also inspired her to begin a second career as an aesthetic injector, launching her own business Beauty On The Go By Jessica, now re-launched as JSJ Aesthetics.

At JSJ Aesthetics in Methuen, MA, Jessica performs a full range of nearly 10 of the most in-demand cosmetic injectable services including Dysport, Juvederm and Restylane, and she was recognized as a RealSelf Most Loved Injector in 2017. She also offers skincare services including chemical peels, and is a certified provider of: body contouring services CoolSculpting and CoolTone, collagen induction therapy via Platelet Rich Plasma, sexual wellness and urinary incontinence treatment Viveve, skin tightening treatment Ulthera, and PDO Max Thread Lifts.

Jessica was selected as a trainer for PDO Max where she teaches the art of thread lifting and collagen building. Jessica has also served as a clinical instructor at the Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts, where she received her Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler advanced certifications.

Juliana joined PDO Max in 2017, and it was her enthusiasm for customer support and operational excellence that has helped shape the company ever since. Juliana’s career in customer service and business management spans over 15 years, and it is in her role as Vice President of Operations, that she oversees product management, quality control, and documenting all company procedures. She ensures that the company provides outstanding service to practitioners while also resolving complicated operational issues, and special projects.

She grew up in the beauty industry, and prior to joining PDO Max, was the operational manager of a local med spa and a licensed cosmetologist. Juliana understands the needs of small to mid-sized businesses and enjoys elevating PDO Max to the highest standard of excellent customer service and operations.

Kirsten Ziomek, BSN, RN is both an aesthetic injector and a Certified Laser Technician and she has performed over 50,000 injectable, medical aesthetic and laser treatments. She graduated cum laude from Grand Canyon University with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2012.

Beginning her career, Kirsten worked within an adult neurological stroke unit, as well as with pediatrics. She explored nursing outside of the hospital and quickly discovered her passion for facial aesthetics and has fully committed herself to the field for over 7 years.

Kirsten loves to assess all her patients from a global approach. In her own words, “I am not here to create a face that isn’t yours. Instead, I want to help bring back the youthfulness and joy into your appearance. It matters most that we match the reflection in the mirror to your inner beauty.”

Leslie English, NP-C, is a nationally respected nurse practitioner, medical spa owner, and PDO Threads educator with extensive experience in both clinical leadership and advanced aesthetic medicine. As the founder and CEO of Pink Paradise Wellness, Leslie has built a multi-disciplinary medical spa recognized for its elevated standards of care, thoughtful treatment planning, and natural, transformative results.

With a healthcare career spanning leadership at the highest levels, Leslie previously served as Vice President of Physician Management for Community Healthcare Systems, overseeing large-scale medical operations and physician relations across multiple markets. She also held the role of Regulatory Operations Director for Novant Health, where she guided compliance initiatives, policy development, and system-wide quality programs. This foundation has shaped her meticulous, safety-first approach to aesthetics and education.

Through years of hands-on experience as a nurse practitioner injector and med spa owner, Leslie discovered a deep passion for PDO thread lifting as a powerful, minimally invasive alternative to surgical procedures. She is known for achieving refined, natural-looking outcomes while helping patients restore structure, confidence, and balance without extensive downtime or surgery.

As a PDO Max Trainer, Leslie is excited to share her expertise with fellow providers, focusing on anatomy-driven technique, patient selection, safety, and realistic results. Her approach to training emphasizes confidence, precision, and clinical excellence, empowering practitioners to elevate their skillset and deliver high-quality outcomes within their own practices.

Lisa Topham, RN, BSN, has over 35 years of experience as an Aesthetic Nurse. She received her BSN at the University of Bridgeport and became a Board-Certified Plastic Surgical Nurse early on in her career as the new and innovative field of Aesthetic Nursing became her passion.

Lisa worked for a prominent dermatologist who introduced her to Zain Obagi, MD, one of the early pioneers in the facial and aesthetic field. Lisa trained under Dr. Obagi in his Beverly Hills office and became an expert in both his entire line of facial products as well as TCA Peels.

After 17 years as a Practice Manager and assisting in the operating room where she mastered facial anatomy, Lisa started her injecting career. In 2004, she became the first nurse to open and own an Aesthetic Practice in Connecticut under her well-respected name.

For the past 12 years, Lisa has been affiliated with Dr. Neil Gordon, a world-renowned facial plastic surgeon with offices in Wilton and Greenwich, Connecticut. Lisa has countless aesthetic technique certifications and travels nationally and internationally to train and teach new facial and body beauty techniques. She is available for private training regarding lip and facial injection techniques, Sculptra, PDO facial and neck threads, also referred to as the “Instant Non-Surgical Face Lift.”

Nurse injector with 14 years of nursing experience. Currently work in Plastics practice and specialize in Neurotoxin, Filler, Microneedling, IV Therapy and Threading. Enjoy working out and playing Tennis, Golf and Basketball. Married with two children aged 18 and 27.

In 2007, Rachel Polazzi, CRNA was first introduced to ultrasound utilization in regional anesthesia. At the time, it too was a new field of study, and since then ultrasound guided regional anesthesia has continued to grow as a tool in many practitioner’s toolboxes.

In 2020, Rachel entered the field of aesthetics and quickly found ultrasound was once again making a debut in a new field of medicine-facial aesthetics. It first appeared as a rescue tool for vascular occlusions. However, it is rapidly becoming another tool for providers to not only visualize anatomy, but improve all aesthetic facial treatments with precision. The use of ultrasound in every possible manner of aesthetics is still not fully peaked. New literature is still forthcoming and promising for improved outcomes.

Today, Rachel continues to teach other providers how to incorporate ultrasound use into their practice which includes PDO thread placement. She is passionate about contributing to this exciting new field and enjoys teaching others as well.

Sheila received her BA in business from Central Michigan University before returning to school and receiving her BSN from Wayne State University. Sheila has over 17 years of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery and Aesthetics and has had the opportunity to work with some of the most respected plastic surgeons in both Virginia and Michigan. She has also had extensive training in the use of cosmetic lasers, injectables and PDO Max threads and is known for her advanced techniques and artistry and her ability to produce a natural, rejuvenated appearance. Sheila is passionate about continuing education and has trained with some of the most well-respected leaders in the industry. She is committed to staying abreast of the most up to date procedures and techniques in order to produce the best, safest results for her patients. Sheila works at Moksha Aesthetics in Potomac, MD, where she is also an injection and PDO Max trainer.

Shelby Garcia is a Registered Nurse and experienced aesthetic injector with over 8 years in the medical aesthetics industry. Since 2018, she has dedicated her career to delivering safe, natural-looking results while sharing her passion for education and mentorship with fellow providers.

As a clinical trainer and educator, Shelby specializes in teaching injectors how to approach aesthetics with a safety-first mindset, strong anatomical understanding, and the confidence to apply advanced techniques in real-world settings. She strives for her trainings to be clear, approachable, and immediately applicable—whether for new injectors or experienced professionals looking to refine their skills.

Shelby is deeply committed to raising the standard of care within the industry by equipping injectors with both technical precision and a strong ethical foundation. She is passionate about guiding others through their aesthetic journey with hands-on support, clinical insight, and a commitment to building safe, confident, and successful injectors.

Sherrine Richmond APRN-C is double board-certified in Family and Women’s Health. She is the owner and founder of Your Will Wellness, an integrative practice specializing in wellness education, hormone balancing, and aesthetics. Her vast healthcare experience ranges from caring for fragile infants in the Newborn ICU to educating future nurses.

Sherrine began her work in aesthetics under the tutelage of Dr. Gerald Pierone, a nationally renowned expert in injectables and PDO threads, with whom she continues to collaborate.

Her patients make note of her gentle touch, which she attributes to years of working with premature infants. Her proficiency and striking outcomes with PDO threads made her a clear choice to train for PDO Max.

Victoria Presley, RN, is an expert Aesthetic Nurse Injector and has an array of nursing experience, from travel Critical Care to Trauma Charge Nurse at Vanderbilt University’s Level 1 Trauma Center. Victoria, with her keen eye to detail, is someone you can trust with any of your aesthetic needs. Victoria’s expert technique and personalized approach reflects her innate understanding of how to look better, naturally. Victoria’s personal approach to facial aesthetics is to enhance a client’s natural beauty, inside and out, all while maintaining the uniqueness that makes you YOU! Whether it’s by restoring volume loss with dermal fillers, or reversing those pesky wrinkles with Xeomin, Victoria will help you achieve your aesthetic goals. In her spare time, she is an avid traveler, who loves to spend time in the gym working on her physical health. She also has an artistic eye for flower arrangements where she creates beautiful works of art alongside her mother at Geny’s Flower & Bridal, a family owned shop run by her mother. She has a rescue greyhound named Sturgess Barrington Presley that is simply the cutest!
